Baby's gotta brand new ball.

As in tennis ball. As in Allen's got a new review for you all, for the anime Baby Steps, a story about a guy who approaches the sport of tennis as if he was attending math class? Well... maybe that's not entirely right. Who knows? Allen thinks you should probably watch it anyway.

And that's about it. See you again next week.

After School Karnival of Kawai.

So, we got two new reviews for you all today.

Allen starts us off with a trend I'm not sure what I feel about as he reviews a 2.5D manga anime -- which is to say a manga that has been given some measure of animation, as well as voice acting and music. The show is After School of the Earth, and it's quite alright in that odd way 2.5D manga anime things can be.

Nick's review is for a show whose title is a five course meal by itself: The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior. His opinion can probably be summed up with "It's not Maison Ikkoku, but it'll do" for you Twitterophiles out there. Not that I put that on Twitter, but you know what I mean.

Either way, that's it for now. See you again in a week.

Silver mooooooo...

So, near the end of this summer, Allen reviewed a little gem of a show called Silver Spoon, a show he liked quite a bit. So wouldn't ya know, he went and watched the second season too, because... well, when the show is this good, why the hell not?

Meanwhile, winter marches ever forward and the holidays are steadily approaching yet again. Still, we shall have something for you next week. See you again.

"Ssssseven dayyysssssss."

So yeah, here we are, one week later and with Allen bringing us the review for a show called One Week Friends. Coincidence? I think not. But is the show any good? The answer to that, judging by Allen's review, is a resounding "...I guess?"

Well, that's it for now, I suppose. We'll... like... see you next week and stuff. If we can remember.
