Allen presents our pick of the week with Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku, which he gives more than a passing grade. Just be aware that it might showcase some of the... less fun aspects of being in a relationship.

Here's the last bit of my little retrospective (and rereview) of the Aria series, namely the rewrite of my Aria the Origination review. (Which, due to how our sidebar works, won't be showing up there.) As always, it's been a lovely ride, and the kind of quality healing stuff you get from Aria is practically timeless. It's not my favorite anime for nothing.

Well, next week, we'll be looking at life, love, otaku and everything. At least, as they say, we're all adults here. Right?

Allen's show of the week is The Girl in Twilight, and while jokes on a certain infamous romantic novella that doesn't pertain to this show at all are getting kind of old by now, I still can't help myself from giggling like a maniac when I read the line "Things are pretty grim in Asuka 2's world- it's about to be swallowed up by something called the Twilight- and she urges these girls to NOT try this again." But yes, it's about meeting yourself in an alternate dimension, apparently, and it's not all fun and games.

Well, that's it for this week again, and barely in time too. Next week, I'll be correcting my mistaken assumption from last week. Or something to that accord. See you all then.

Yep, it's that time again. I look back at my still favorite show, Aria. Or, seeing as I've already (re)covered Aria the Animation and the Natural, Aria the OAV ~Arietta~ is our choice for the week. And yes, I still love it to bits. Surely, you aren't surprised by that.

I will, of course, get to the Origination, but will that be next week? Let's wait and see.

Yes, stopping time seems to be the main theme in Allen's weekly journey into the world of Kokkoku, a show about a family trying to solve the case of their kidnapped family member by... well, stopping time and seeing where that takes them. It's apparently intriguing and pretty damn good overall, so.... dive in and let the show stop time for you.
