Review

There are plenty of hentai today that aim not to be taken seriously in the least. Sex Demon Queen is one of those. Sailor and the 7 Ballz is another. But in regard to this one, I can't completely throw off my suspicions about it attempting to be a serious hentai (despite the comedy in it.) And when the second episode features some perverted guy skydiving AND masturbating to another girl who's skydiving completely naked, well ... that's a train of thought I'd rather not board.

Oh, and did I mention that said girl is a suicidal one that had sex with the main character of this show because he said something along the lines of "well, since you're going to kill yourself anyway, why not?" The worst par is that she AGREED!

Keep at it, ladies and gentlemen, because it only gets better from here.

The third episode, you see, features the story of a rich but generally unpleasant man whose stepmother (being of the same age as said fellow, give or take a year or two) wants him to open up to women (read: sleep with them.) So, of course, our main man Keisuke lays out a plan. A plan that he manages to completely screw up, of course, but that's only part of the "comedy" anyway.

Also, that very episode is perhaps where we get the best insight to Yamada, who represents perhaps the creepiest character I've ever seen in any anime. I'm sure you wouldn't be too surprised if I told you that he was the one who was doing the skydiving and masturbation synchronization exercise in episode 2. In episode 3, he's back in FINE form, filming girls' panties and masturbating to that. Outside of that, he isn't really doing anything but killing whatever remaining goodwill I might have towards this series altogether.

In an effort to salvage this show (at least, that's the conclusion I've drawn) they decided to have it turn somewhat serious in the last two episodes. After all, Keisuke and Shizuka-chan ARE the general (or is that generic) hentai anime fated couple. Thus, said episodes features mainly the two of them ... well, "getting together." Perhaps I would have cared, hadn't the previous episodes done such an excellent job of making me not give a rat's ass about anyone.

On a technical level, this show actually works. The art is more than adequate and the animation is generally good. The ... ah, Spanish dub sounds ok, for all I know about that.

It's all wasted on a show like this anyway. I have little experience with the general U-Jin fare, but if this show is any indication, you'd do better to just stay away.

Boring and stupid, and the hentai scenes didn't help at all.Stig Høgset

Recommended Audience: This show is nothing but voyeurism and sex. As such, it limits itself to adults because of that alone.
