Hey! Teacher! Leave them walls alone!

Hello, everyone. Today, we've got two new reviews for you... sort of.

The first one is more like a complete overhaul, as Nicoletta wasn't happy with her initial take on Candy Boy for a variety of reasons, one of which is the original review being six years old. Either way, the show was received far more favorably now, so... that's good, right? (Incidentally, because it's a rewrite, the show name won't show up on the side bad on the left. Only recently added reviews go there.)

Allen stares up at a more literal wall as he tackles the second season of Attack on Titan, which he... wasn't really all that impressed with, to be honest. Oh, he liked it well enough, but as far as I can tell, he's getting a bit irritated over it being a bit trollish with the dangling carrot. Will we ever learn what's in the cellar? Only the titans know for sure. Or not.

Anyway, that's enough of us staring at y'all from over the wall. Next time, we might very well have to take you with us into a completely different world. See you then.

Taking You All Into Alternate Dimensions For Both Good And Bad Since.... uh, 2003? No, wait, 1993.

Although in Allen's case, it's more of a "coming out of the alternate dimension", because he's giving you all a review for Alice and Zoroku, which he rather liked. I can vouch for that since I watched it myself, and the really amazing part is that it's got two kickass leads; one below the general age range for anime leads and one far, far beyond. And they both kick ass.

And then, there's my contribution, sorted straightly in the "you should be glad I didn't unleash this one on you last week" section of the file cabinet. It's Hand Shakers, a show that's already infamous for being a complete disaster, and I'm not about to abuse that notion the same way that show abuses my common sense and... well, just about everything else.

At least there was one good suggestion this week, huh? Well... I guess I said "don't watch this", so that makes it technically two. Anyway, see you again next week.

Arere-Sensei brings you the best worst of two worlds that might as well have been one.

So yeah, the popularity of Oreimo made it a given that something would pop up that kind of feels the same, although Allen thinks Eromanga Sensei is so bad, you might as well stick to the "original" anyway. Although what would make a show like this good is anybody's guess, I... uh... guess.

Well, whatever. Just be glad I didn't get my review ready in time. There's just so much bad one should have to deal with in one week, and two one-star shows might've been a bit of an overkill.

See you again next week.

Belting Out With the Afterlife.

Well, kind of like that. Allen's offering this week is Tsugumomo, which is partially a show about a clothing article that turns into a girl, but mostly, it's your average harem show. Well... maybe "average" is overselling it, as Allen doesn't really have a high opinion of the show, partially because how how its male lead is treated, and more so because the show apparently wants him to think it's funny, and... well, he doesn't want to be particularly cooperative about that. I'm certainly not blaming him for that.

Next week, we will have at least one more offering for you, possibly even two. See you all then.
