A Break From the Norn.

Or is it? Allen takes on Norn9, a shoujo... romance, Allen thinks?... that contains romances of both healthy and unhealthy varieties here at the resetting of the world as we know it. It's a complicated issue, and Allen's main concern is that there isn't a lot of maturity going around in it. Though it's still a decent enough show, he guesses.

I wish I could have said the same about next week's show in question, but nope. Hooo boy, is that ever a "nope" to end all nopes. See you all then, maybe?

"Think of the Potential Childreeeeen....."

So yeah, last week I told you Allen had seen something bad, and Conception is its name. I guess it's a rarity in the fact that it's a harem that includes the "...in a baby carriage" part, but honestly, the show struggled with even doing that concept justice. As they are wont to do.

Next week will at least be a bit better for Allen. He's just on that rollercoaster of quality control, isn't he? The wooden kind that mainly goes along a sinus curve designed to make you heave your guts out. But yes, next week will be more fun. Promise.

Dancing With The Stars.

And so, Allen is back and looking at Starlight Promises, a show about a guy who has forgotten something, although in his case, the thing he has forgotten seems to have been replaced with something else. He thinks it's an alright show, as long as you're willing to put up with a few potential irritants.

At least this show was worth the time spent. He's not even close to as confident about next week's entry. See you all then.

Won't You Be My Nightly Neighbor?

I do love me some quiet slice-of-life sometimes, as I'm sure you're well aware. And here comes Ms. Vampire Who Lives in My Neighborhood to scratch that itch... although not entirely without problems, the show is nevertheless a pretty decent watch for those of you looking for something pleasant, especially if you don't mind the mild yuri overtones. Just try your best to deal with the somewhat mild overstepping of boundaries sometimes, and you should be fine.

And yes, while some of the problems concerning the 403 error has been fixed, we still can't post the screenshots. Soon, I hope

Next week? It's all up in the stars. See you then.
