California Climbin'.

Two shows on our list today.

Carlos heads off California Crisis: Gun Salvo at the pass, and has to contend with the US forces and the Russians to bring you all the bullets and explosions you'd ever want.

Meanwhile, I undertake something a bit more sedate (with no explosions and only a little bit of gunplay at the very end); namely Encouragement of Climb, a really awkwardly named web animation where a bunch of adorable girls go on hikes or talk about camping equipment. The hiking enthusiast in me approve of all this.

Next week, we got all that and one more for you. Happy trails.

Well, it's still Monday somehwere...

Sorry about that. Time has made quite the fool out of me recently.

We got two four-star reviews lined up today. First up is Aiden with his review on the noitaminA series Black Rock Shooter TV, and then we have Jake with his review on forgotten gem The Good Witch of the West Astraea Testament.

That's it for this week. Carlos returns with a new review next week. Maybe they will be more then, too. See you then!

Vampires and demons and... oh, my.

Hey, fellow readership. I'm doing the update a bit earlier than normal today for late shift-related reasons. But hey, better absurdly early than... not, right? Or something?

Anyway, first in our review roundup is Aiden Foote. He went through Blood C's sequel movie, the somewhat amusingly titled Blood C: The Last Dark. Did he like it? The answer is a resounding "...I guess?"

As for myself; in preparation of getting the chance to run an old favorite of mine to completion, I revisited one of my first reviews ever for this site, namely Inuyasha, and did what I had promised myself to do long ago: write a full review for it. (Don't wanna lose my reviewer credibility, right?)

Part of the reason for this is that I recently got (and naturally watched) Inuyasha: Final Act, a TV series that set out to do what the original TV series didn't: go through the manga at breakneck speeds. Meaning if you weren't a huge fan of the filler from the original TV series, this will be more to your liking.

Who knows? Maybe they'll release an Inuyasha Kai series in the future. In the mean time, this is me and the rest of THEM wishing you all a great week.

Time Marches On

Just one review to start off the third month of the year: a comprehensive, long-overdue look at the late 80s/early 90s action series Angel Cop.

Dang it guys, this isn't April!
