No new updates this week

Sorry, fellow readers. Due to work, the inability to log in 70% of the time I try, and other things going on for me on the Internet, there is no review this week. I will try to get one up Monday, but no guarantees. Sorry for all those waiting.

"Seconds, please."

Last Christmas, the three among the most active of our reviewers took part in the Reverse Thieves Secret Santa Review Project, where someone saw fit to introduce me to a show called Natsume Yuujinchou. I was a bit hesitant towards the show at first, but as it turned out, it even ended up finding a place in my top 25 list that we also featured that very next month.

Which meant that it was far easier to talk me into giving the second season a go. In fact, I didn't need any talking into it at all, and that's why this update features the review for Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou, another show of the good kind of "more of the same".

Next week is a bit up in the air, but I hope we'll have something up by then. We WILL keep thing going somewhat regularly. I still have a lot of material to watch and review, so our only problem is finding the time.

Good Ol' What's Her Name

After a lengthy delay (both in the context of this review and me finishing this series), the delayed Hyakko review is finally up and ready to read.

Hopefully we'll be more consistent next week with updates. No promises, though.

"D&D anyone?"

Once again dipping into my special request list, I have the great pleasure of introducing me to one of the first anime titles I bought... on VHS. Six tapes worth. I'm talking about The Record of Lodoss Wars, an old OAV built around older D&D standards. So, if you're hankering for some ol' fashion good vs. evil, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy this.

On a somewhat more uncertain note, I'm sorry to say that, with me and Tim being the only contributors to the site -- never mind the DNS issues a good chunk of our readers are experiencing right now, INCLUDING Tim -- it's going to be hard to keep our weekly scedule. We'll try, of course, but please forgive us if we can't keep it up each and every Monday. In fact, we've already kind of missed it, though Tim is working on his review right now, so one of us'll put it up on the site once it's done.

Next Monday, however, I WILL be back with another review, which is a look at the sequel to a show I've watched fairly recently. And after that... well, we'll see.
