War is Hell! Kemono is the Aftermath.

Allen found himself a doozy this time, but at least it was also a show he rather enjoyed for a change. Which sounds all the more amazing since said show is Saga of Tanya the Evil, whom is more than happy to live up to its name.

Meanwhile, I went on a journey that has amassed quite a fanbase in a startingly short amount of time. The show is Kemono Friends, and it shows you what likely happens after the end. Oh, and it's a childrens' show. No, really. And it's actually pretty good. Yes, really.

That got weird in a hurry, didn't it? Well, next week will... probably not get any less weird. We'll just have to wait and see. And hope. For what? I'll leave that up to you.

Dragon Maids over Maidens.

Poor Allen. He was saddled with another example of a show made by people who like their women cute and demure, domestic and pure. Seiren is its name, and it left a bad taste in his mouth.

Weirdly enough, one of the main characters in my own choice of the week also turned domestic (in a way). But the main dragon lady in Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is anything BUT demure. Then again, the show is also one of those weird ones who take the maid profession at least somewhat seriously, but more importantly, it's a hell of a lot of fun. Go watch it!

Next week we'll be back with something tricksy and something weird. See you all then.

How to Avoid Getting Hit by a Car.

Allen, who was such a huge fan of Koji Seo's earlier works, gave Fuuka a try, and... well, he wasn't impressed.

Anyway... that wasn't much of an offering this week, was it? Next week ought to be better, though. See you then.

What Measure Is a huMan?

With Allen's pick of the week, the alien comes from within, because in Eldlive, our main protagonist apparently comes with his own little alien already inserted, and... well, he found it pretty good. Fun. Maybe a little bit exciting too.

As for me, I had the pleasure of watching Interviews with Monster Girls, where the demis have lived alongside us all along. And it's... pretty damn good, in fact. It's more laidback than Eldlive, more of a slice-of-life than the aforementioned.

Well, thank you for joining us once again. Next week, Allen's already got something in mind, and hopefully I can do my share as well. See you then.
