Allen would like you to know that he would really have wanted to like Yakitori: Soldiers of Misfortune. He really would. Much like with its (assumed) inspiration; Starship Troopers, however, he's not entirely sure where to place it. It should be entertaining, but....

Allen's pick of the week is a bit of a doozy. Ranking of Kings might look like a show that is suitable for a younger audience, but it's.... not. Still quite good, though.

It's kind of appropriate that Allen tackled The Dangers in My Heart, because this is probably the sort of thing Teasing Master Takagi-san popularized, and that thought is not lost on him as he tackled the reviews for those shows too. Either way, he finds the show compelling and definitely worth the watch.

Allen takes a look at a Chinese net animation named X&Y, and finds it quite good. It's a bit of a mystery show, so details might be a bit sparse, but that just adds to the.... allure, I guess?
