"What We Have Here is a Failure to... Well..... You Know....."

This week, Allen took a look at Komi Can't Communicate, and he has no trouble communicating his opinion of the show, which is... it's OK. It's alright. The main problem, like so many other shows before it, is in its supporting cast. They really can make or break a show, huh?

Whether that'll be the case next week, well... we'll have to wait and see. When we put the world to bed. I think?

Beyond The Surface Level Of Cute.

This week, Tim and I take a look at Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie and finds the show endearing as hell, and not just because it flips around some gender roles. It's kinda nice to see a show where people simply gets to be themselves all the time and with no dumb romcom stereotypes in sight.

And that's that. Next week, we might be looking at some communication difficulties. See you all then.

When You Haven't a Clue, the Bully's On You.

I hope you're ready for sweetness, because My Clueless First Friend has plenty of it. (Especially if you have experienced bullying at school.) It's super cute and I hope there will be more of it in the future.

Speaking of cute, that is our main theme for next week. Or maybe not. It depends on who you ask. See you all then.

A Few Pieces Short....

Well, not really. Allen is reasonably happy with Horimiya: The Missing Pieces and seems satisfied that the side characters in the show can get some continuations of their own.

And that's that. Next week, we'll throw a fist in the air for the bullied ones and those without a clue. See you all then.

My Happiest Apologies.

It's time for traditional values this week, as Allen watches through My Happy Marriage. Or maybe not; our protagonist woman might tick quite a few boxes of someone's "perfect" girlfriend, but her love interest would rather she felt more confident about herself. It's an average show altogether, so I guess it depends on what you're in the mood for.

Next week, we'll be going back to see some sides in action. See you all then.
